Mukhtasar Bukhari

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that: "I used to have a lot of madhi (pre-seminal fluid) discharge, so I asked Miqdad bin Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him) to ask the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about its ruling. So he asked, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Only wudu (ablution) is obligatory for it.'"
