Hadith 992
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ شَاهِينَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَلا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ؟ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ كُلُّ هَيِّنٍ لَيِّنٍ سَهْلٍ قَرِيبٍ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، إِلا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ ابْنُهُ عَنْهُ
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not tell you about a person of Paradise? Every gentle, soft, easygoing, and approachable person is (among them)."
