Description of the greatness of Paradise
Hadith 803
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ الْقَاضِي ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ الْمُقْرِئُ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى : أَعْدَدْتُ لِعِبَادِي الصَّالِحِينَ مَا لا عَيْنٌ رَأَتْ ، وَلا أَذُنٌ سَمِعَتْ ، وَلا خَطَرَ عَلَى قَلْبِ بَشَرٍ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، إِلا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ صَدَقَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah the Exalted says: 'I have prepared for My righteous servants that which no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and has never occurred to the heart of any human.'"
