Hadith 776
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : "لا يَأْتِي عَامٌ إِلا وَالَّذِي بَعْدَهُ شَرٌّ مِنْهُ ، سَمِعْنَا ذَلِكَ مِنْ نَبِيِّكُمْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، إِلا مُسْلِمٌ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عَلِيٌّ
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Every year that comes, the one after it is worse than it. We have heard this from your Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
