Hadith 755
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّيْدَلانِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ السَّدُوسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا كَعْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "أَلا إِنَّ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ لَيْسَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ نَبِيُّ وَلا رَسُولٌ ، أَلا إِنَّهُ خَلِيفَتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي يَقْتُلُ الدَّجَّالَ وَيَكْسِرُ الصَّلِيبَ وَيَضَعُ الْجِزْيَةَ وَتَضَعُ الْحَرْبُ أَوْزَارَهَا ، أَلا مَنْ أَدْرَكَهُ مِنْكُمْ ، فَلْيَقْرَأْ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامَ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، إِلا كَعْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، وَلا عَنْهُ إِلا مُحَمَّدٌ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ ابْنُ عُقْبَةَ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, reports that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Be aware! There is no prophet or messenger between me and ‘Isa (Jesus), peace be upon him. But he will be a caliph after me. He will kill the Dajjal, break the cross, abolish the jizya, and war will lay down all its weapons. Whoever among you meets him, convey my greetings to him."
