Hadith 705
وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ : وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ ، مَا جُمِعَ شَيْءٌ إِلَى شَيْءٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِلَى حِلْمٍ "، لا تُرْوَى هَذِهِ الأَحَادِيثُ الأَرْبَعَةُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، إِلا بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، وَلَمْ نَكْتُبْهَا إِلا عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ رَوَاحَةَ
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Allah! No two things are joined together better than knowledge and patience."
