Hadith 487
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا بَزِيعٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمٍ مَوْلَى الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "لا تُزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا ، وَلا الْخَالَةُ عَلَى ابْنَةِ أُخْتِهَا ، وَلا تُزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا ، وَلا الْعَمَّةُ عَلَى ابْنَةِ أَخِيهَا ، وَلا الصُّغْرَى عَلَى الْكُبْرَى ، وَلا الْكُبْرَى عَلَى الصُّغْرَى "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمٍ ، إِلا ابْنُ بَزِيعٍ
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman should not be married together with her maternal aunt nor with her paternal aunt, nor should the younger be married together with the elder, nor the elder with the younger."
