Statement about washing urine from clothes

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ النَّسَائِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُصَمَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : " كَانَ غُسْلُ الْبَوْلِ مِنَ الثَّوْبِ سَبْعَ مِرَارٍ ، فَلَمْ يَزَلِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُرَاجِعُ حَتَّى جَعَلَ غُسْلَ الْبَوْلِ مِنَ الثَّوْبِ مَرَّةً "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، إِلا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُصَمَ أَبُو عُلْوَانَ الْكُوفِيُّ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِصْمَةَ ، وَالصَّوَابُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُصَمَ
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that washing urine from a garment was prescribed seven times. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kept going back and having it eased, until washing urine from a garment was set at three times.

➊ The ruling is likewise that in the ritual bath (ghusl) of major impurity (janabah), it is obligatory to pour water over the body once. Similarly, washing the garment is also required only once.
