حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقُرَشِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ حَرْبِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْكِلابِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُدْرِكٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ حَتَّى إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ ، خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاتَّبَعْتُهُ ، فَقَالَ : انْطَلِقْ بِنَا حَتَّى نَدْخُلَ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، فَدَخَلْنَا عَلَيْهَا ، فَإِذَا هِيَ نَائِمَةٌ مُضْطَجِعَةٌ ، فَقَالَ : يَا فَاطِمَةُ ، مَا يُنِيمُكِ فِي هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ ؟ قَالَتْ : مَا زِلْتُ عِنْدَ الْبَارِحَةِ مَحْمُومَةً قَالَ : فَأَيْنَ الدُّعَاءُ الَّذِي عَلَّمْتُكِ ؟ قَالَتْ : نَسِيتُهُ فَقَالَ : قُولِي : يَا حَيُّ ، يَا قَيُّومُ ، بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ ، أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ ، وَلا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ ، وَلا إِلَى أَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ "، لا يُرْوَى عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، إِلا بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We were in the mosque with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). When the sun rose, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) went out, and I also went out behind him. He kept walking until we reached the house of Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). We entered, and she was lying down asleep. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fatimah! Why are you sleeping at this time?" She said: "I have had a fever since last night." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Where is that supplication which I taught you?" She said: "I forgot." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Say like this: '«يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ وَلَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَىٰ نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَلَا إِلَىٰ أَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ»'"

(In the chain of narration, Yazid ibn Aban al-Raqashi is a weak narrator,
but due to corroborating narrations, this hadith is hasan li-ghayrihi (good due to supporting chains),

otherwise its narrator "Yazid ibn Aban al-Raqashi" is weak,
see (Sahihah, no. 1536,
