Hadith 928
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعُمَرِيُّ الْقَاضِي ، بِمَدِينَةِ طَبَرِيَّةَ سَنَةَ سَبْعٍ وَسَبْعِينَ وَمِائَتَيْنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ ، عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "مَنْ سَبَّ الأَنْبِيَاءَ قُتِلَ ، وَمَنْ سَبَّ أَصْحَابِي جُلِدَ "، لا يُرْوَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، إِلا بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever abuses a prophet should be killed, and whoever abuses the companions should be flogged."
