Hadith 830
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ هَارُونَ الْمَكِّيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْقَزَّازُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : "إِنَّمَا أَجَلُكُمْ فِيمَا خَلا قَبْلَكُمْ مِنَ الأُمَمِ كَمَا بَيْنَ صَلاةِ الْعَصْرِ إِلَى مَغْرِبِ الشَّمْسِ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، إِلا مَعْنٌ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The time allotted to you, compared to the previous nations that have passed, is like the time between the Asr prayer and sunset."
