حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَسَّامٍ قَاضِي الْبَصْرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ، وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ كلاهما عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "إِنَّ لِي حَوْضًا ، وَأَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، إِلا مُجَالِدٌ ، وَلا عَنْهُ إِلا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The people of Paradise will enter Paradise with hairless bodies, without beards, of fair complexion, with kohl in their eyes, at the age of thirty-three years. And they will be sixty cubits tall, according to the stature of Adam (peace be upon him) at his creation."

Bukhari — Hadith 7441
Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle sent for the Ansar and gathered them in a tent and said to them, "Be patient till you meet Allah and His Apostle, and I will be on the lake-Tank (Al-Kauthar).

Hadith Commentary:
The meeting with Allah and His Messenger on the Day of Resurrection is indeed true; those who deny it are misguided.
This is the very purpose of the present hadith.
Sometimes, regarding the spoils of war (mal-e-ghanīmat), the Ansar would feel some discontent, upon which the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) consoled them.
The relevance to the chapter heading is established in this way: he said, "You will meet Allah," meaning you will attain the vision of Allah.
