حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ جُنَادٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَفَّافُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ كَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "سَتَكُونُ فِتَنٌ وَسَتُحَاجُّ قَوْمَكَ ، قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي ؟ ، قَالَ : احْكُمْ بِالْكِتَابِ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، إِلا عَطَاءٌ . تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ جُنَادٍ ، وَلا يُرْوَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، إِلا بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Soon there will be tribulations and disputes will arise among your people." I said: O Messenger of Allah! What do you command me to do? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Judge according to the Book of Allah."
