حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَبُو حَفْصٍ الأَبَّارُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَوْلَيَانِ حَبَشِيٌّ وَقِبْطِيٌّ ، فَاسْتَبَّا يَوْمًا ، فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا : يَا حَبَشِيُّ ، وَقَالَ الآخَرُ : يَا قِبْطِيُّ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا تَقُولُوا هَكَذَا ، إِنَّمَا أَنْتُمَا رَجُلانِ مِنْ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، إِلا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، وَلا عَنْهُ إِلا الأَبَّارُ . تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ مَنْصُورٌ ، وَهُوَ حَدِيثُهُ
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had two servants, one was Abyssinian and the other was Coptic. One day, they insulted each other; one said, "O Abyssinian!" and the other said, "O Copt!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not say this, both of you are men of the family of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)."
