Hadith 592
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَجَبِيِّ الْجُهَنِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "مَنْ جَهَّزَ غَازِيًا ، أَوْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا ، أَوْ جَهَّزَ حَاجًّا كَانَ لَهُ مثل أَجْرِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَنْقُصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ شَيْءٌ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، إِلا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمُؤَدِّبُ
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani رضي الله عنه reports: The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Whoever equips a mujahid, provides iftar to a fasting person, or prepares a pilgrim for Hajj, he will receive a reward equal to that of the one performing the deed, and there will be no decrease in his reward.”
