Hadith 530

حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الرَّقِّيُّ ، إِمَامُ مَسْجِدِ الرَّقَّةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ابْنِ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "لا تَنَاجَشُوا ، وَلا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ ، وَلا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْفَأَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ ، إِلا الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not mix with fraud, and no man should sell over the sale of his Muslim brother, and no townsman should sell on behalf of a villager, and no man should propose over the proposal of his Muslim brother, and no woman should demand the divorce of her Muslim sister so that she may cause what is in her vessel to be spilled."
