The reward for parents who are patient upon the death of three young children
Hadith 357
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الدَّقِيقِيُّ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ بَحْرٍ الْجُنْدِيسَابُورِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضَّبِّيُّ هُوَ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ حَمْزَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ صَعْصَعَةَ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ يَمُوتُ لَهُمَا ثَلاثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَلَدِ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا مِنَ الْحِنْثِ ، إِلا أَدْخَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ إِيَّاهُمْ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ ، حَمْزَةَ ، إِلا سَلامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضَّبِّيُّ
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If three children of two Muslim spouses die before reaching puberty, Allah, by His grace and mercy, will admit them into Paradise."
