Hadith 171
حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ ، عَنْ حُجَيَّةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : "لا تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلا إِلَى ثَلاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ : مَسْجِدِي هَذَا ، وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ ، وَالْمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى ، وَلا تُسَافِرُ الْمَرْأَةُ فَوْقَ يَوْمَيْنِ إِلا وَمَعَهَا زَوْجُهَا أَوْ ذُو مَحْرَمٍ ، وَلا يُصَامُ يَوْمَانِ فِي السَّنَةِ : الْفِطْرُ وَالأَضْحَى ، وَلا صَلاةَ بَعْدَ صَلاتَيْنِ : بَعْدَ صَلاةِ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ ، وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ ، إِلا ابْنُهُ يَحْيَى ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ وَلَدُهُ عَنْهُ
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Mounts should only be saddled for journeying towards three mosques: my mosque, the Sacred Mosque, and the Aqsa Mosque. And no woman should travel for more than two days without her husband or a mahram. And fasting should not be observed on two days in the year: the day of Eid al-Fitr and the day of Eid al-Adha. And after the Fajr prayer until the sun rises, and after the Asr prayer until the sun sets, no prayer is permissible.”
