حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَطْرُوحٍ الْخَوْلانِيُّ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الإِسْكَنْدَرَانِيُّ الصُّبَاحِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ "فِي جُمُعَةٍ مِنَ الْجَمْعِ : مَعَاشِرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ، إِنَّ هَذَا يَوْمٌ جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ عِيدًا ، فَاغْتَسِلُوا ، وَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ "، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، إِلا يَزِيدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَمَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said on one Friday: "O assembly of Muslims! Allah Almighty has made this day an Eid for you. Perform ghusl and make the use of miswak obligatory upon yourselves."
