Hadith 1016

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَوْجَزَ لِي جِبْرِيلُ الْخُطْبَةَ " ¤ وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ : وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "رَأْسُ الْعَقْلِ بَعْدَ الإِيمَانِ بِاللَّهِ التَّحَبُّبُ إِلَى النَّاسِ "
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "After believing in Allah Almighty, the root of wisdom is being beloved to people in their hearts."
