كتاب الفتن
The Book of Tribulations
(سَفْكُ دِمَاءِ الأُمَّةِ بَيْنَهُمْ سَيَسْتَمِرُّ حَتَّى القِيَامَةِ)
(Bloodshed among the nation will continue until the Day of Judgment)
Hadith 5394
وَعَنْ ثَوْبَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي الْأَئِمَّةَ الْمُضِلِّينَ وَإِذَا وُضِعَ السَّيْفُ فِي أُمَّتِي لَمْ يُرْفَعْ عَنْهُمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد والترمذيُّ
Thauban reported God's messenger as saying, "I fear for my people only the leaders who lead men astray, for when the sword is used among my people it will not be withdrawn from them till the day of resurrection." Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi transmitted it.
