Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: One day the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came and said: "The nations were presented before me. A prophet passed by with one man with him, another prophet passed by with two men with him, and another prophet passed by with a few men with him, while there was a prophet with whom there was not even one person. Then I saw a large group spreading across the horizon. I hoped that this would be my Ummah, but I was told that this is Musa (peace be upon him) with his people. Then I was told, look, and I saw a very large group spreading across the horizon. I was told: Look to this side (right, left), and I saw a very large group spreading across the horizon. I was told that this is your Ummah, and with them are seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning. These are the people who neither took bad omens, nor sought ruqyah (spiritual healing), nor cauterized, and they put their trust only in their Lord." At that moment, Ukasha bin Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with him) stood up and said, "Pray to Allah that He makes me among them." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! Make him among them." Then another man stood up and said, "Pray to Allah that He makes me among them too." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Ukasha has preceded you in this." Agreed upon.
