Hadith 5241
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I met seventy of the Companions of Suffah, and not a single one of them had a large cloak. Each of them either had a lower garment or a single sheet, and they had tied its edge around their necks. Some of those sheets reached halfway down their shins, and some reached their ankles, and they would gather it with their hands so that their private parts would not become uncovered. Narrated by al-Bukhari.
