Hadith 5239
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he took barley bread and discolored fat to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), while the Prophet’s (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) armor was mortgaged with a Jew in Madinah. He had taken barley from him for his family. And I (the narrator) heard Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: In the house of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), there was not even a sa’ of wheat nor a sa’ of any other grain in the evening, while he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had nine pure wives. Narrated by al-Bukhari.
