كتاب الرقاقThe Book of Heart-Softeners
(فَقْرُ مَوْلَى الكَوْنِ وَفَاقَتُهُ)
(The poverty and destitution of the Master of the Universe)
Hadith 5237
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: مَا شَبِعَ آل مُحَمَّد من خبر الشَّعِيرِ يَوْمَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ حَتَّى قُبِضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: The family of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) did not eat their fill of barley bread for two consecutive days until the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away. Agreed upon.
