Hadith 5190
Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Lord offered me to turn the valley of Batha in Makkah (or the pebbles of Makkah) into gold for me. I said: 'My Lord! No, rather I wish that I may be satiated one day and hungry another day. When I am hungry, I humble myself before You and remember You, and when I am satiated, I praise You and give thanks to You.'" Its chain is weak. It was narrated by Ahmad and al-Tirmidhi.
