كتاب الرقاقThe Book of Heart-Softeners
(بَيَانُ تَوْفِيقِ القَنَاعَةِ بِالرِّزْقِ)
(Description of being granted contentment with sustenance)
Hadith 5165
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ وَرُزِقَ كَفَافًا وَقَنَّعَهُ اللَّهُ بِمَا آتَاهُ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
Abdullah bin Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, reports that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He has succeeded who obeyed (his Lord), was given provision sufficient for his needs, and was content with what Allah gave him." Narrated by Muslim.
