Hadith 5151
Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In the last era, my Ummah will face trials and tribulations from their rulers, and only that person will be saved who, recognizing Allah's religion, strives against it with his tongue, his hand, and his heart. He is the one who will attain the first blessings. And the person who has recognized Allah's religion and affirmed it, and the man who recognized Allah's religion but remained silent about its (explanation and details)—if he saw someone doing a good deed, he liked it, and if he saw someone doing a bad deed, he was displeased with it. This person succeeded through his hidden likes and dislikes." Its chain is weak; it is narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.
