Hadith 5114
وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَن��َ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم قَالَ: «إِذَا غَضِبَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ فَلْيَجْلِسْ فَإِنْ ذَهَبَ عَنْهُ الْغَضَبُ وَإِلَّا فَلْيَضْطَجِعْ» رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيّ
It is narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When any of you becomes angry while standing, he should sit down. If the anger leaves him, well and good; otherwise, he should lie down." Sahih, narrated by Ahmad and Tirmidhi.
