Ja'far bin Muhammad narrates from his father that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, looked into the mirror, he would recite this supplication: "All praise is due to Allah who has made my appearance and character good, and who has adorned me by protecting me from the faults that were in others." Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman, it is a mursal narration. Its chain is weak. Narrated by al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.
