كتاب الآدابThe Book of Manners
(جَزَاءُ كَظْمِ الغَيْظِ، بِرِوَايَةِ التِّرْمِذِي)
(The reward for suppressing anger, as per Tirmidhi)
Hadith 5089
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِأَبِي دَاوُدَ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «مَلأ اللَّهُ قلبَه أمْناً وإِيماناً» وَذُكِرَ حَدِيثُ سُوْيَدٍ: «مَنْ تَرَكَ لِبْسَ ثَوْبِ جما ل» فِي «كتاب اللبَاس»
And in the narration of Abu Dawood, Suwaid bin Wahb narrated from a man among the children of the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him), who narrated from his father, he said: "Allah will fill his heart with peace and faith." And the hadith narrated from Suwaid: "Whoever gives up wearing beautiful clothes," is mentioned in the Book of Clothing. Its chain is weak, narrated by Abu Dawood.
