(الكَلامُ أَمَانَةٌ)
(Speech is a trust)
Hadith 5061
وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا حَدَّثَ الرَّجُلُ الْحَدِيثَ ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ فَهِيَ أَمَانَةٌ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "When a man speaks and looks around while talking (to see if anyone else is listening), then it is a trust." Its chain is good. Narrated by Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood.
