Mishkat al-Masabih
كتاب الآدابThe Book of Manners
(احْفَظْ نَفْسَكَ مِنْ فَسَادِ القَرَابَةِ)
(Protect yourself from the corruption of kinship)
Hadith 5041
وَعَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِيَّاكُمْ وَسُوءَ ذَاتِ الْبَيْنِ فَإِنَّهَا الْحَالِقَةُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "Beware of sowing discord between two (parties, friends, relatives), for it destroys (the religion)." Its chain is Hasan, narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
