(وَصْفُ أَهْلِ ٱلْإِيمَانِ)
(Characteristics of the people of faith)
Hadith 4991
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّه�� عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالَّذِي يَشْبَعُ وَجَارُهُ جَائِع إِلَى جنبه» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيّ فِي «شعب الْإِيمَان»
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "He is not a believer who eats his fill while his close neighbor is hungry." Imam Bayhaqi has narrated both hadiths in Shu'ab al-Iman. Its chain of narration is weak. Narrated by al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.
