(الرَّحْمُ مُعَلَّقٌ بِالعَرْشِ)
(Mercy Is Suspended from the Throne)
Hadith 4921
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: الرَّحِمُ مُعَلَّقَةٌ بِالْعَرْشِ تَقُولُ: مَنْ وَصَلَنِي وَصَلَهُ اللَّهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَنِي قَطَعَهُ الله . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The womb is suspended from the Throne. It says: Whoever maintains me, Allah will maintain him, and whoever severs me, Allah will sever him." Agreed upon.
