(حَقُّ اللهِ تَعَالَى مُقَدَّمٌ)
(The Right of Allah Almighty Comes First)
Hadith 4883
عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ وَعَدَ رَجُلًا فَلَمْ يَأْتِ أَحَدُهُمَا إِلَى وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ وَذَهَبَ الَّذِي جَاءَ لِيُصَلِّيَ فَلَا إِثمَ عليهِ» . رَوَاهُ رزين
It is narrated from Zaid bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a person makes an appointment with another man, but one of them does not arrive by the time of prayer, and the one who has come goes to perform the prayer, then there is no sin upon him." Weak, narrated by Razeen.
