(The sitting that incurs the anger of Allah Almighty)
Hadith 4730
عَن عمْرِو بن الشَّريدِ عَن أبيهِ قَالَ: مَرَّ بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا جَالِسٌ هَكَذَا وَقَدْ وَضَعْتُ يَدِي الْيُسْرَى خَلْفَ ظَهْرِي وَاتَّكَأْتُ عَلَى أَلْيَةِ يَدِي. قَالَ: «أَتَقْعُدُ قِعْدَةَ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
Amr bin Shuraid narrates from his father, who said: I was sitting in such a way that I had placed my left hand behind my back and was leaning on the flesh at the base of the thumb of my right hand. In this state, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by me and said: "Do you sit like those upon whom wrath has been brought down (i.e., the Jews)?" Its chain is weak. Narrated by Abu Dawood.
