Mishkat al-Masabih
كتاب الآدابThe Book of Manners
(الْجُلُوسُ فِي بَعْضِ الشَّمْسِ وَبَعْضِ الظِّلِّ عَمَلُ الشَّيْطَانِ، بِرِوَايَةِ أَحْمَدَ)
(Sitting partly in the sun and partly in the shade is the work of Satan, as narrated by Ahmad)
Hadith 4726
وَفِي « شرح السّنة» عَنهُ. قَالَ: «وَإِذا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْفَيْءِ فَقَلَصَ عَنْهُ فَلْيَقُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مَجْلِسُ الشَّيْطَانِ» . هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ مَعْمَرٌ مَوْقُوفًا
In Sharh al-Sunnah, it is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When any one of you is in the shade and the shade moves away from him, then that person should get up (from there), because that is the gathering place of the devil." Mu'ammar narrated it in the same way as a mawquf narration. Its chain is weak. Narrated in Sharh al-Sunnah.
