Hadith 4719
وَعَنْ يَعِيشَ بْنِ طِخْفَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ عَن أبيهِ-وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الصُّفَّةِ-قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا أَنَا مُضْطَجِعٌ مِنَ السَّحَرِ عَلَى بَطْنِي إِذَا رَجُلٌ يحركني بِرجلِهِ فَقَالَ: «هَذِهِ ضِجْعَةٌ يَبْغَضُهَا اللَّهُ» فَنَظَرْتُ فَإِذَا هُوَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَابْن مَاجَه
Ya’ish bin Tikhfah bin Qais Ghifari narrates from his father, who was among the people of Suffah. He said: I was lying on my stomach due to pain in my chest when suddenly a man began nudging me with his foot and said: “Allah is displeased with lying in this manner.” I looked and saw that it was the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Its chain is authentic. Narrated by Abu Dawood and Ibn Majah.
