(مَنْعُ الْمَشْيِ بِتَكَبُّرٍ)
(Prohibition of walking with arrogance)
Hadith 4711
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَتَبَخْتَرُ فِي بُرْدَيْنِ وَقد أعجبتْه نَفسه خسف بِهِ لأرض فَهُوَ بتجلجل فِيهَا إِلَى يَوْم الْقِيَامَة» . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ. لفصل الثَّانِي
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Once a man, dressed in a suit, was walking arrogantly, and his soul had made him conceited. He was caused to sink into the earth, and he will continue descending in it until the Day of Resurrection." Agreed upon.
