(Embracing children)
Hadith 4692
عَن يعلى قَالَ: إِنَّ حسنا وحُسيناً رَضِي الله عَنْهُم اسْتَبَقَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَضَمَّهُمَا إِلَيْهِ وَقَالَ: «إِنَّ الْوَلَدَ مَبْخَلَةٌ مجبنَةٌ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد
Yala (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them) came running quickly towards the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace and blessings be upon him) embraced both of them and said: "Indeed, children are a cause of miserliness and cowardice." Its chain is Hasan. Narrated by Ahmad.
