The Book of Medicine and Ruqyah
(تَأْثِيرُ الْعَسَلِ عَلَى الصَّبَاحِ)
(The effect of honey in the morning)
Hadith 4570
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ لَعِقَ الْعَسَلَ ثَلَاثَ غَدَوَاتٍ فِي كلِّ شهر لم يصبهُ عَظِيم الْبلَاء»
He reported God’s messenger as saying:“If anyone licks honey three mornings every month, he will not be afflicted with any serious trouble.”
