The Book of Jihad
(لَا يُمْكِنُ الْخِيَانَةُ الْبَسِيطَةُ فِي مَالِ الْغَنِيمَةِ، بِرِوَايَةِ النَّسَائِي)
(Even minor betrayal in the spoils of war is not permissible, narrated by An-Nasa'i)
Hadith 4024
وَرَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
Nasa’i transmitted on the authority of ‘Amr b. Shu'aib who gave it on his father’s authority as coming from his grandfather.
