Hadith 3773
وَعَن أبي هريرةَ أنَّ رجُلينِ اختَصما فِي دَابَّة وَلَيْسَ لَهما بَيِّنَةٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «استهِما على اليَمينِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وابنُ مَاجَه
Abu Huraira told that two men disputed about an animal but could produce no proof, so the Prophet said, “Cast lots about the oath.” Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
