(كَمْ يُمْكِنُ أَنْ تُزَادَ عُقُوبَةُ الجَلْدِ)
(How much can the punishment of flogging be increased)
Hadith 3630
عَن أبي بردة بن ينار عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يُجْلَدُ فَوْقَ عَشْرِ جَلَدَاتٍ إِلَّا فِي حد من حُدُود الله»
Abu Burda b. Niyar reported the Prophet as saying, “No more than ten lashes are to be given, except in the case of one of the punishments prescribed by God.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)
