(لَا يَحِقُّ لِلْقَاضِي الْعَفْوُ عَنْ مُجْرِمِ الْحَدِّ، بِرِوَايَةِ الدَّارِمِي)
(Even the judge has no right to pardon a Hudud criminal, as narrated by al-Darimi)

والدارمي عَن ابْن عَبَّاس
Darimi did so also on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas.
