(بَيَانُ الفَرَائِضِ)
(Explanation of inheritance laws)
2 (التَّرْغِيبُ فِي إِعْطَاءِ الحِصَصِ لِلْحَصَصِينَ)(Encouragement to give shares to entitled heirs)
3 (المُسْلِمُ وَالكَافِرُ لَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ)(A Muslim and a non-Muslim do not inherit from each other)
