Hadith 2968
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الشَّرِيكُ شَفِيعٌ وَالشُّفْعَةُ فِي كل شَيْء» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ قَالَ:
Ibn ‘Abbas reported the Prophet as saying, "The partner has first right to buy neighbouring property and the option to buy applies to everything.” Tirmidhi transmitted it.
