Hadith 2966
عَن سعيد بن حُرَيْث قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ بَاعَ مِنْكُم�� دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا قَمِنٌ أَنْ لَا يُبَارَكُ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ فِي مِثْلِهِ» . رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ والدارمي
Sa'id b. Huraith told of hearing God’s Messenger say, “If any of you sells a house or real estate it is right that he should not have a blessing unless he spends what he gets on something similar.” Ibn Majah and Darimi transmitted it.
