كتاب الرقاقThe Book of Heart-Softeners
(احْفَظُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ الصَّغِيرَةِ وَالهَيِّنَةِ)(Protect yourselves from minor and small sins)
Hadith 5356

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «يَا عَائِشَةَ إِيَّاكِ وَمُحَقَّرَاتِ الذُّنُوبِ فَإِنَّ لَهَا مِنَ اللَّهِ طَالِبًا» . رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ والْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي «شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ»
Narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Aisha! Avoid even minor sins, for there is also a demander (of punishment) from Allah for those sins." Sahih, narrated by Ibn Majah, Al-Darimi, and Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.
